Bookings
Bookings can be made online in the What's On section.

Payments
Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash in person.

Cancellations and Refunds
If for any reason I have to cancel a session you will be offered a full refund or the option of choosing an alternative date where available.
Unfortunately I can't offer a refund if a customer cannot attend a session that they have booked but I will always try to offer an alternative session for you to attend instead.

Accessibility
Finches Studio is accessed through a garden and has 3 steps with a handrail.
There is an alternitive access through the front of the house up one step with no handrail.
Please do let me know if you have any accessibility issues and I will do my best to accomodate you.
Please also let me know if you have any allergies or sensory issues for me to consider. I can tailor the sessions to suit you e.g - gluten free snacks, no strong perfumes, gloves for clay use etc.
It is important that you feel comfortable and welcomed at Finches. 

Privacy
I collect the minimum amount of personal information needed to book sessions and take payments.
You will only be contacted in relation to your booking or class.
I will never share your personal information with a 3rd party.
All sessions are treated as confidential. 

Community Conduct
At Finches we believe everyone deserves to feel welcome, respected and safe and will always treat our customers accordingly.  We are committed to creating a warm and inclusive environment with fun and creativity at the heart.
Finches Art Studio is a safe and affirming space for everyone, including members of the LGBTQ+ Community and people from all marginalised groups.
We celebrate the diversity of all who join our sessions and it is important that participants feel safe and free to be themselves.
In order to protect this space for everyone, we ask participants to treat one and other and the facilitator with the same kindness and respect.
Hate speech, bigotry, discrimination, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
